Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and refinement of the company’s strategic plan, including mission, vision, and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify key strategic priorities and objectives.
- Data Analysis and Research:
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the business environment.
- Strategy Execution:
- Work with various departments to implement strategic initiatives and projects.
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with the strategic plan.
- Performance Measurement:
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Regularly evaluate and report on the performance of strategic goals.
- Business Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and improve internal processes.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Organize and lead strategy meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to work with complex data.
- Project management experience is advantageous.
- Previous experience in strategy development or business analysis is a plus.
